The Power of One!

Recent displays in the Library have focused on Biography and Autobiography. From the life stories of inspiring young Australians (Cathy Freeman, Miranda Tapsell) to world famous leaders (Nelson Mandela, Tim Flannery).

We also have a large collection of "My Story ..." and "My Australian Story ..." historical fiction covering dramatic periods of international and local History from the Rum Rebellion in Colonial Australia to political and romantic intrigue during Tudor England. These are suitable for readers in Upper Primary to Mid Secondary and have been extremely popular.

The current display is of picture books on Technology, Science and Engineering. This is a great way to learn with easy written and exciting visual texts.
