Dear Families and Friends of St Anthony's,

We are so happy that restrictions have been eased, that flexible learning has ended and to be all together back at school. I am so very proud of everything our staff have done to support students and their families during this lockdown. I am also very proud of our students and our families for the smooth way they transitioned into flexible learning from home. We are all so fortunate to be a part of the amazing St Anthony's community.

We were all very excited to have all students and staff back onsite. Today was a great day of PJs, Onesies and fun.

Administration Building Refurbishment

Over the last few weeks staff and I have been consulting with B3Architects who are working on the refurbishment of our school administration building. We are currently in the consultation and design phase of the process and we are planning a welcoming space that truly reflects our diverse community and one that is designed to meet the needs of our students, families and staff. Next week we will hold further consultation with parents on our School Advisory Council and with a team of students. I will keep you all updated on the process and progress of this exciting change for St Anthony's.

Reports and Three-Way Conversations

In Week Ten, our last week of term, our students' school reports will be sent home to families and we will be holding our Three-Way Conversations with staff, students and parents. These conversations are a celebration of learning and are designed so that students, teachers and parents can have a conversation around learning goals and progress. Research shows that student achievement increases when parents, students and teachers work as a team.

This semester, according to regulations, we will hold our interviews online to ensure all students, families and staff are kept safe. Instructions for booking are included in this newsletter.

Queen's Birthday Holiday

There is no school on Monday 14th June.
