We will have a 2-3 week changeover period depending on the weather.  Students will be able to wear summer or winter uniform, but not a combination of both, during this period.

Students are reminded that hats are compulsory at the start of Term 4, please take this time to be sunsmart ready.

Gastro

We have had a large number of students absent with Gastro.  All parents are reminded to ensure that children who present with Gadstro symptoms are to remain at home until 24 hours after the symptoms have ceased. We appreciate your cooperation with this so as to alleviate the spread of this illness.

Spare Clothes

We would like to remind families to provide a spare pair of underwear, pants/shorts and socks for their students, in particular the Prep / 1 / 2 Area.

Our supplies have depleted and we are finding it difficult to clothe students who may require a change throughout the day.

Office Relocation

With our administration building works about to commence, our office is now located in the resource room at the end of the 1/2 Area hallway.  Entry to the school between 9am - 3.20pm will be via the glass doors outside Miss Wong's classroom, or the ramp leading to the Art Room.

Front bus children will need to move between the church and the school building to meet the duty teacher at the front of the school.  If it is raining they will meet outside Miss Wong's classroom.

2020 Prep Enrolments

Families that may have a Prep student for 2020 are reminded to make contact with the office for collection of enrolment forms and to schedule a Prep interview.

If you know of anyone in the community that has an eligible 2020 Prep student, please pass this information on to them.

Student Medical profile

We have begun transitioning from Care Monkey to PAM for student medical information and permission notes.  Students medical profile can now be updated in PAM after clicking the "red bell" in the top right hand corner of the home page. Care Monkey will still be used in conjunction with PAM, until the transition period concludes in a few months.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however after  discussing the details with the School Board, we have decided this will be a better alternative moving forward.

We encourage any updates to emergency contact details to be made through the office.

Working With Children Check

Parents or family members who wish to help out in the classrooms or on excursions are required to have an up to date Working With Children's Card. These can be applied for online and there is no cost if you are a volunteer.  A copy of this needs to be passed onto the office.

A reminder to notify the school office with any changes or updates to your Working With Children Check.

Medication

Can all families please ensure they provide up to date medical plans and necessary medications to the office.  If you have provided medication to the office in the past, please contact the office to ensure this medication is still valid and in date.

Parents are reminded that all non prescription medication to be administered at school/on camp or excursions, requires a pharmaceutical label detailing student name and dosage. A signed authority to administer medication form is also required, a copy of this is located on the School Information page.
