Mask Wearing

Students are still required to wear masks when travelling on buses; hence all students from Years to 12 should carry a small supply of masks in their school bags. If your child travels on a bus to and from school, please emphasise the importance of complying with the mask-wearing law and the risk of being fined for non-compliance.

Parents are reminded that if they enter a school building, they must wear a mask and sign in using the Services Victoria QR code.

Consent2Go Excursion permission

Consent2Go is now being used for gaining parent permission for many student activities. Please ensure that emails from the College are not being diverted to your spam or junk folders. Your prompt response to emails seeking your permission for your child to participate in activities is much appreciated to assist the staff member organising the event. If you receive an email reminder, it is vital that you respond to ensure that your child does not miss out on participating in an activity. If you have a need to update your child’s medical details, please take care to ensure this is done clearly and accurately.

Excursions – student details given to venues for contact tracing

Please note that, under government directives, when students attend an excursion venue, the school will provide the venue with each student’s full name and a parent contact phone number. This is to ensure that every excursion venue has an accurate list of attendees and contact details in case contact tracing is required.
