Game Insights: Among Us 

One game that has taken the world by storm and become a bit of a fad over the past 12 months is an online game called Among Us. Students have been writing about it, drawing the characters, using the language, and more. 

So, what’s it all about? The Cyber Safety Project Blog has an informative article that will introduce you to the game, lingo used, how to play safely, and protect your child if they play: 

“Since its launch in 2018, Among Us (a game by Innersloth) has seen over 90 million downloads globally and played by users of all ages. Its popularity boomed during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 after many popular YouTubers began live streaming their game play.” (Excerpt)
