Musical Production Auditions!
REGISTER NOW FOR YOUR AUDITON TIME
Auditions for the Musical Production will be held in Week 1 of Term 3. Please note that successful students will be required to attend up to 2 morning (before school) and 2 lunchtime rehearsals during Term 3 (rehearsal schedule will vary depending on your role in the production). Your commitment will ensure the enjoyment and success of our fabulous performance, which is scheduled for October 25 – 27 later this year.
'A Beautiful Day'
In another time and place, in a town divided, there lived three types of people: the rich, the outcast, and those would truly make a difference. Based on a short story by Holly Brabner 7B, Beaumaris Secondary College's first musical production presents a story of friendship, home, belonging and justice, where a beautiful day becomes a reality for one and all.
Roles:
3 x major principle - actor/singer
2 x major principle – actor
6 x minor singing roles
Minor acting role (numerous)
Ensemble – chorus/actor/dancer
We are looking for students to play major, minor and ensemble roles. All major roles will be double cast, i.e. 2 students per role.
