Brainstorm Productions for students in Years 10 to 12
Award-Winning In-School Theatre Performances
Wired
On Monday 25 February Brainstorm Productions will be presenting their student wellbeing program
‘Wired’ for students in Years 10-12.
Wired is a live theatre performance, based around two teenagers who find themselves
struggling with the painful realities of everyday life. ‘Wired’ is performed by two young
professionally trained actors who engage with the students and explore everything from
anxiety, stress, depression, relationships and coping with family problems. The program
provides practical tips on what to do if students are feeling overwhelmed and aims to
engage and empower students to support each other and themselves.
Wired is part of our student wellbeing curriculum and the program has been developed in
consultation with teachers, psychologists, as well as real-life student experiences. The
methodology of the program is safe, supportive and nonjudgmental and designed to
provide students with positive and useful tools that they can use in their everyday lives.
More than 350,000 Australian students have already benefited from Brainstorm Productions
multi award-winning educational theatre programs over the past twelve months. Their
programs cater to the specific wellbeing needs of students, helping to create a healthy and
harmonious school environment. If you would like to know more about Brainstorm

Buckling up on school buses
By law, all drivers and passengers must use the seat belts in any vehicle that is fitted with them.
Before our drivers operate a seat belt-fitted bus we will conduct training covering seatbelt regulations and their responsibilities.
Each seat will be fitted with three seat belts so students under 12 can sit three to a seat. Standing will no longer be allowed on the buses.
It is the student’s responsibility to make sure they secure their seat belt by locking it in place.
We have attached a communication toolkit for your use to inform parents and students of the change.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us at Infoline@busways.com.au with any questions regarding these seat belt-fitted buses.
Thanks for your support.
Kind regards,
Sarah Langthorne
