  • Major Raffle

Please return your raffle stubs as soon as possible

We apologise the tickets have been stapled on the wrong side. Please ensure you return the stub with the names along with the money to the office. There a more books available at the office.

 

  • Fete Voucher bags

We have sent an email and a hard copy of the order forms for our Fete Voucher bags. Orders need to be returned by Monday 12th November.

  • Donation, Donations, Donations….
  • 1.25 Litre Soft drink bottles – for the Quoites stalls
  • Mystery Bottles – shampoo, sauce, perfume, drink……anything in a bottle (please ensure the bottle is not out dated)
  • Old Tea cups and saucers for our Devonshire Tea

All items can be left at the front office.

  • Our ‘Second Hand Goods’ and ‘Pre-loved Books’ stalls this year will once again be a major part of our fete.  We ask for any unwanted, great condition items and books that you no longer need.

Collection dates for this term will be:

  • Friday 2nd November from 3.00pm to 3.30pm
  • Wednesday 7th November from 9.00am to 9.30am
  • Friday 9th November from 9.00am to 9.30am

Remember these are more expensive if purchased on fete day.

  • Classroom Helpers

  Please put your name on your classroom roster to help out on your child’s stall. If people could give a little time to help out it would be greatly appreciated

  • Cake Stall

Plates will be sent home to families asking for cakes, biscuits and slices to be donated to our Cake stall.

Along with the plate you will also receive an ingredients template hoping for as many donations as possible (perhaps a relative could help too by baking their favourite cake).   

You can deliver your cake, biscuits or slices on Friday 16th November to Drayton Hall after assembly till 4.30pm or on Saturday 17th November commencing at 8.00am straight to the cake stall on the stage in Drayton Hall. Thank you for your support.

  • ATM & EFT

We will again have an ATM machine available for cash withdrawals.  The ATM machine will be located at the Library entrance in the quadrangle area near the main food marquees. 

 

Also available this year will be EFT payments in Drayton Hall for collection of Silent Auction items.  This facility will be available in the late afternoon, once all Silent Auction bids are in.   Please note, that all other stalls will be cash only.

 

Remember, the Fete is a great event for new and existing families to get involved in what will be a spectacular day.  We welcome any assistance you can offer.
