Year One/Two News 

In the last week of Term 2, Year 1/2 students were lucky enough to have some community members join us for a learning experience. On Tuesday, Amy, a Cardiac nurse, spoke about what she does in her job. Amy taught us how to check our pulse using two fingers. 

On Wednesday, Andrew, Garth and Sophie taught us how they keep people safe and healthy. Students really enjoyed the fire truck and ambulance vehicles they were shown. All students took turns looking in the ambulance and spraying water from the firehose.

Thursday, we had two police officers Sam and Simone. They showed us their car and shared how they keep people safe. We all enjoyed our visitors and we want to thank them for sharing their time with us!
