KHS Students Attend Summit

A huge thank you to Kinne Ring and the team at the Country University Centre for donating almost 4K in tickets for KHS students to attend the 2023 Luminosity Youth Summit in at the Glasshouse in Port Macquarie. Year 11 and 12 students, with a passion for innovation and leadership, attended the 2-day summit along with thousands of students from across the region. Guest speakers from across the globe shared inspirational stories of courage and overcoming adversity to realise their dreams. 

Highlights included keynote presentations from Paralympic champion Ellie Cole, conservation warrior Hunter Mitchell, global entrepreneur Holly Ransom and comedian Tanya Hennessy. KHS students participated enthusiastically in their workshops, performing impressively in AXIOM Tech Company's real-world STEM challenge.
