LIKE MINDS - LEGO

Students in 7/8 Likeminds Science are investigating simple machines like levers, wheels & axles and pulleys, through building LEGO compound machines.

CSI - BUDDING DETECTIVES

CSI spent their last few lessons solving crimes. It’s been a great Semester training up the next generation of detectives.

YEAR 10 BIOLOGY - GENETICS

10A and 10B, through their studies in Genetics, worked out the genetic combinations of Ma Potato and Pa Onion, and created their own vegetable offspring. There were varied traits inherited from their parents, and many statistics gathered and compared. 

All new offspring arrived safely, and the parents were very proud!

BIODIVERSITY WALK

Year 7 students are studying Food Webs and Ecology in Science. Mrs Witton and 7A students went for a Biodiversity walk to the College Frog Bog this morning. They did some water testing, and observed the many and varied plants and animals in our own College backyard.

Our Year 9 and 10 students put Skelly back to work in the classroom helping them to identify the names of all the bones in the body.
