Outstanding School Fees

School fees are now overdue.  Please pay via the QKR app or at the front office via credit card.

You can either come into the front office or ring us on 8356 7944 and we can take credit card payment over the telephone. 

If you are unsure how much is left to pay, please contact us to confirm amounts owing.

If you think you may be eligible for school card, you can complete a school card application online or via a form available in the front office.

Any families facing financial hardship, please contact our business manager to arrange an extension of time to pay.

Final notices will be issuing shortly.  We would like to avoid any formal debt collection processes with our families here at West Beach Primary School.

Casual Day Fundraising 

Thank you for your generous donations for our casual day. All money raised has been donated to Childhood Cancer Association. We are pleased to announce that we have raised $406.60. See the attached certificate and letter.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK CLUB – IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

West Beach PS will no longer be accepting cash payments for items purchased via Scholastic Book Club. Purchases now need to be made using LOOP (linked online ordering and payment) using a credit/debit card. Using LOOP provides Book Club customers access to special offers whilst saving staff and volunteers valuable time in processing book club orders.

Henley & Grange Community Centre Kids Art Classes

Cove Marion WFC

Cove Marion WFC are junior soccer players for our Under 13 and 15 teams. Our season has just re-started and we have positions available for players for both experienced and also beginners looking to play the 'world game' 

Junior athletes who may have had other sports cancelled due to Covid-19 may be interested in coming out and playing a different team sport.

Drakes Community Dollars

We are doing the Drakes Community Dollars at West Beach Primary School again. We have key rings available in our front office for anyone interested in helping our school to raise funds for our community events, for example, Volunteers Day and Sports Day. 

For every $2 spent in Drakes Stores using your community dollars tags Drakes will donate 1 cent. 

Please see the attached flyer for more information. Tags are available for anyone who shops at Drakes. Pick yours up from the front office today.
