A friendly reminder that library loans are for a period of two weeks.  There is no problem to renew your books if they are not finished within two weeks.  ALL new books on display can be borrowed immediately.

The Ghost by the Billabong by Jackie French. Set in the 1960s, this book is the fifth one in the highly acclaimed Matilda Saga and brings together a time when Australian demonstrators marched against the Vietnam War and the Americans put their first man on the moon.

The Murdstone Trilogy BY Mal Peet.  An amusing comedy with a twist.  Philip Murdstone is a writer of anything but NOT fantasy.  He HATES fantasy, but his agent tells him his career will be over if he doesn’t write fantasy.  So … what could possibly go wrong?

BRO by Helen Chebatte. The question is, what happens when you mix teenage boys, a fight club and ethnic rivalries?  Romeo knows the rules.  Don’t dob on anyone.  Respect family.  But even unwritten rules are made for breaking.

Crow Mountain Where love is forever by Lucy Inglis.  In the wilds of Montana, Hope meets Cal Crow a ranch-boy.  Involved in an accident, both of them take shelter in a mountain cabin.   Here Hope makes a discovery – a similar event happened over one hundred years earlier.

Magnus Chase and the Sword of Summer by Rick Riordan.  Magnus Chase is orphaned and living rough on the streets of Boston.  This is bad enough, but things are about to get much worse.  There is nothing normal with what is about to happen.  It’s just about all down hill from the start … or is it?

ROCK WAR by Robert Muchamore.  Ever sat in school bored off your head, dreaming about floating in a pool, surrounded by the ‘beautiful people’ and eating Nutella out of a jar with a spoon?  Then this is the book for you!
