Japanese Drums

It was very fortunate for Shepparton High School to have a Japanese drummer, Tomoyo, during the end of year activity week in December 2015. She brought her different types of Japanese drums to show and play.

After her drum solo, students had a chance to play them with Tomoyo. Here are some comments from students:

“I enjoyed trying to play along with the teacher today, Tomoyo and think it is quite hard.”

“This activity was really fun and I enjoyed it except for the loudness but I don’t care! I loved her performance, which was incredible!!!”
