Term 3

Term 3  has kicked off with a hiss and a roar and Steamworks is already in full swing.

We have had many Year 8 Science classes designing and building wacky racers as part of their Steam Solutions module.

We have all been hard at work building the 'Holodeck' Virtual Reality room.  Special thanks to Ben Searle of Year 9 for driving this initiative.  Well done Ben! The Holodeck is only days old right now, but soon with the help of the Art Club it will look amazing.

Mindful mornings are happening  EVERY day @  Steamworks.  Each morning students and staff enjoy a ten minute guided meditation from 8:10 am to 8:20am. Regular meditation helps participants deal with anxiety and stress as well as start the day in  a calm and positive manner.  Huge thanks to all staff and students involved.
