Twilight by Stephenie Meyer.  This is a new book but an old story.  The other versions were literally read till the pages fell out.  If you are interested in the supernatural, vampires and romance, then you will love this deeply seductive and irresistibly compelling love story between Bella Swan and Edward Cullen.  This book is the first of the series and is followed by New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.
