Friday 18 August - ADPSC Athletics Carnival (Tamworth)
ST NICHOLAS ATHLETICS CARNIVAL
Consent and event entries for the Athletics Carnival on Friday 30 June are now closed on COMPASS. If you want your child to attend the Athletics Carnival you will need to email the admin email with permission for your child to attend this event off site.
ALL students and helpers need to be at the Tamworth Regional Athletics Centre (TRAC) by 8:20am, so we can commence our Carnival by 8:45am.
Kinder and Year 1 will have completed their Novelty Events by 1:30pm - if you would like to have them collected early.
We ask that parents be prompt in collecting all their children by 2:30pm and if you have a friend or relative collecting your child then please ensure that you have a permission note that is to be given to your child’s house supervising teacher.
All sporting houses will be set up on the edge of the track.
We ask that parents walk around the edge of the oval and only cross at the designated areas so as not to interfere with events.
The 70m races for the infant children will still take place on the running track as usual. Teachers will bring the children to the marshalling area at this time.

Packed morning tea and lunch;
Drink bottle with water;
Sunscreen and hat;
The PT&F will be running a BBQ for students. Cash or EFTPOS only on the day.
BASKETBALL
Congratulations to the St Nichs Angels and the St Nichs Bumblebees who both placed as runner up in their age division for basketball this season.
COMPASS
Just a reminder that the majority of sporting opportunities are only on Compass and it needs to be checked on a regular basis.
