School Photos

This year students need to be in FULL WINTER UNIFORM for school photos. There are some girls uniforms in the swap shop if you need them and there are also some boys long sleeved shirts as well.    

MSP photographs need to be ordered online through Compass.  Please visit your compass page and put your order in there. 

Compass News

We would like to remind all parents that through Compass you can either give permission or decline permission now.  We really need parents to fill in forms either way so we can process them more efficiently.  There are also sometimes questions at the bottom of the permission notes that need to be answered to help with our enquiries.  Forms and payments through Compass need to be completed by the due date.

Absentee Notes

Please remember that all absences must be explained within 7 days of your child being away.  You will receive an automated SMS message on the day to remind you to explain the absence on the Compass Portal. 

Compass Pay is here!   CompassPay is our payment and billing management system. 

Please find all the information you need to sign up for Compass Pay in the link below. Using Compass Pay means you can give permission and pay for all sorts of events, excursions and sporting days in one place in Compass.  This has taken over from Qkr! for sport events and excursions.

School Fees

Term 2 fees  are due by Tuesday, 21st June, 2022.  Thank you to all who have already paid and also to those who maintain regular payments. Payment options for school fees are still the same and include: via the Qkr App; EFT (payment made direct to the school's bank account); CentrePay and ADIG Direct Debit (all details are on your statement). 

Please only use your surname and account number when paying via EFT as any more notation than this gets cut off (your account number is on the top right side of your fees statement under the date, thank you).  The Qkr App will be used for school fees until our financial system is upgraded and then it will change over to CompassPay.  If anyone is experiencing difficulties managing their school fees please ring and make an appointment to see Pauline and Tracey. 

Uniform/Qkr

If you pay for uniform items using Qkr, please send an email to quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au with details of items you have purchased and we will collect them and send them home with your child. 

Working with children check

All parents who volunteer at school need to supply their WWCC and Date of Birth to enable us to verify the checks for our records.  If you are not sure if we have your details, please email Kate on quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au and she can check for you.

Contacting the School

When contacting the school for any changes or administration type things, please use the quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au email because if you use the administration staff's personal email this cannot be accessed when they are away.  Thank you. 

STAR Words Awards

Congratulations tothe following students for their achievements in the STARS Word Reading Program:

Delia McNameem, Lyla Cook, Kendall O'Rance and Mia Mulligan. These students have been award a Super Star award, meaning they have mastered the 200 Star Words list. Great job girls! 

MiniLit Program Awards

The following students were celebrated for completing the MiniLit Program this year: congratulations Marshal Cook, Logan Allan and James Bowley. Thank you Miss Allan and Mrs Darnell for supporting these students. 

The Coolamon Challenge

Congratulations to Zeb and Troy who won last week's challenges. The answers were:

Infants: I come once in a minute, twice in a moment, but never in a thousand years. What am I? A: The letter 'e'.

Primary: Which word is made up: Cantakerous, Gobbledygook, Scranchy or Zealous? A: Scranchy

This week's challenges are reasoning challenges. Both infants and primary will need to reason why a certain object or number does not belong. Have a look at the challenges below.
