Spring Fair - Sunday 15th November 2020
We are looking for someone or a small team of people to coordinate the Fair. Please contact Robyn James if you have any questions.
Apart from the coordination, we are looking for people who can ‘manage’ the different aspects of the Fair, including: Internal Communications, Publicity, Sponsorship and Raffle, Compliance, Silent Auction, Food Stalls, Finance, Entertainment and Infrastructure.
The Manager’s role is to enlist the assistance of others to organise smaller, more specific aspects, of these areas (for example we do need a Manager for the food stalls however there will be a number of stalls selling food and each stall will be organised by a team). The Manager will report to the Spring Fair Committee and ensure planning for each stall/aspect is ‘on track’.
Any or all of these jobs can be done by an individual, a partnership or small team; so please think about how you may be able to contribute to the Fair and ask your friends to come on board with you. Volunteering at the Spring Fair is a lot of fun and a great way to get to know others.
Once we have these important roles in place, each team can get the planning for their stall/area underway.
