AFLW VISIT

Our VCE Physical Education, Food Technology and Psychology students were treated to a visit from AFLW players KELLY O'NEILL and CLARA FITZPATRICK who both play for ST KILDA.

Kelly is from South Gippsland and outlined her meteoric journey selection for St Kilda. Clara is from Ireland and transitioned from Gaelic football into AFL. Kelly and Clara gave valuable tips into AFL nutrition, coping with stress, training demands and fitness requirements.

Their inspiring stories and real life experiences were fascinating to hear, and I'm sure our students gained a lot of insight from their visit.
