Uniform Shop Open Friday 15 October

To assist with any purchases required before the beginning of Term 4,

the Uniform Shop will be open on the last Friday of the holidays 

15 October from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

Student phones to be turned off 

We have had a lot of mobile phones confiscated and handed into the Student Hub lately. This is a timely reminder that phones are to be switched off at the start of the day and not used for any reason unless expressly instructed by a teacher for learning purposes. 

If you need to contact your child, please phone Reception 8950 4511 or Student Access 8950 4538, or for Year 9-12 students, an email message may be appropriate. 

Students should have no reason to have their phone out in class or in the school yard. This will avoid unnecessary conflict around handing over phones, as well as trips to the school for parents/guardians to collect phones. We thank you for your support.

Please inform the school of student absences

• All absence should be reported to Student Access 8950 4538 and details of length of absence and reason for absence provided in a timely fashion. If your child is absent for an extended period, particularly a week or more, parent/guardians need to contact subject teachers to advise of the absence and gather work for the student. Please also inform your student's Head of House in the email also.
   
• Coming up to the end of term, it is expected that all students will be here until the last day. If there is an extenuating circumstance that means your child will not be here until the 1st October, please advise your student's Head of House immediately.

PARENTS - Please check your child's diary

These small reminders will go a long way in assisting our teachers.

• Please check and sign your child's diary
• Students who arrive 10 or more minutes late do a Friday Make-Up after school
• Students will not be allowed to sign out without a diary (no diary sheets)
• Students staying on campus after hours MUST be in the Library/Subject Help or an Ex Activity, NOT hanging around on the Oval.
