Year 9 Skill Set

Vocational Education and Training (VET) is a wonderful way of learning and provides a great opportunity for students to develop knowledge and practical skills relevant to selected industries that interest them. 

Recently we had several St Philip's students participate in the Year 9 Skill Set program at Charles Darwin University. The students attended CDU for the week engaging in a variety of interesting cluster courses such as plumbing, business and retail, hospitality and cookery. 

Students enjoyed their hands-on practical experience and will continue their courses during Term 4.
