From the Associate Principal

Jo Moffat

Associate Principal

Well it’s the last week of the term and we have been busy working closely with all of the Year 12's to get them finished in all of their courses.

A number of students are going to be asked to come back in Term 4 to complete projects in Trades and the Certificate III in Farm. All parents of students required to return will be notified in the next few days.

A few weeks ago the Year 11 parents were sent course selection forms for 2022 and we have had a majority of these returned. If we do not receive the last of these by the close of business Friday, it will be assumed that these students will continue in the courses in 2022 that they were enrolled in 2021.

Last week the Year 11's and 12's participated in the Drug and Alcohol workshops presented by the Road Safety and Drug Education Department along with the local police.

In Term 4 the Year 11 students will be completing the practical element of their First Aid certificates over a 4 week period. The students have been enrolled in the online theory element of this course and need to complete this before the practical sessions. Students can access this during the school holidays if parents are wishing to assist them to complete the theory component of this course.
