Remote Learning Grade 3/4

In grade 3/4 we have been learning about fractions and one of the best ways to do this is to cook. Mrs Eastwood pretended to be Donna Hay and stepped the students through a live cooking session where she demonstrated how to make chocolate cup cakes. The students took notes and used these notes to write a procedural text. The students were then asked to have a go at baking something that required them to do some measuring. There were photos of cup cakes, chocolate fudge, cookies and even an apple cinnamon tea cake (cinnamon is one of the spelling words this week so great job Koby including that). Thank you for the support that the parents have given the students with their learning by enabling them to take over the kitchen. 

We are looking forward to seeing the students back on site next Tuesday and Wednesday.
