SCHOOL FEES & FEE RELIEF
School fee accounts (Statements) are e-mailed monthly. School fee accounts need to be finalised by Friday, 10 December 2021. Please contact Mrs Fraser to discuss further.
EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS
Please ensure all your family contact details are up to date, including contact phone numbers, residential & postal address & email address. We also require your nominated emergency contact details to be current & up to date. Please note your Emergency Contact person must live within 30 minutes of the school.
Please inform the office if you have made any changes to your contact details.
If your students’ Medical details have changed, please ensure all relevant information is updated through PAM.
LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY COLLECTION
If you arrive at school after 8.50am or leave school before 3.20pm student/s must be signed in or out at the school office.
The school is to be notified of any student absences. If you know your student will be absent please add this through 'PAM' or contact the school office.
Schools are now legislated to contact families regarding ’unexplained absences’, and parents will receive a phone call for any ‘unexplained absence’ including late arrivals that are not signed in at the office.
SCHOOL DROP OFF
Please be advised that the safe drop off point for students before school is using the hall car park and crossing on Hume Street. Parking on Southam Street is reserved for staff and is a no standing/bus zone.
CAR PARK-END OF DAY PROCEDURE
Due to our current Covid-19 situation, when waiting in the car park, please stay in your car and a staff member will escort your child/ren to your vehicle. Under no circumstances should anyone leave their car. This procedure will change once restrictions have been lifted.
MEDICATIONS AT SCHOOL
If your child requires medication at school a note identifying the child, class, medication name, dosage, and time to be given needs to be sent to the office. The medication should be in the original container.
All medication is dispensed through the office and is signed off on a medication register. If the appropriate permission is not sent with the medication it cannot be given to the student. It is also a good idea to mention to the student’s teacher that there is medication at the office and what time it is to be given.
UNIFORM
St Mary’s School Uniform policy states that students wear full and correct uniform. Please ensure that your child is dressed in the correct uniform including the correct footwear. The correct uniform is a black shoe/sandal or boot. Runners are for Sports days. A reminder that some students have had growth spurts and the length of some skirts and dresses needs to be checked.
Runners are for sports days only.
