Seed collecting time

We have begun our new school year in the garden with Year 1 and 2.  To all the kids who have played in and around the garden this year, "Thank you for NOT picking flowers and fruit from the food garden."

Lots of our plants have seeds and our gardeners have been busy collecting them to save and sort into containers for when we need to plant them. Some of our plants are still flowering and some are still fruiting. 

The rainbow lorikeets love eating the seeds from the tall sunflowers!
