Important Reminder

If your child has any health issues, you should have received relevant paperwork late last year. Please return this ASAP along with any medication and aids. 

If your child’s health has changed in anyway, for example, they used to suffer from Anaphylaxis but have been challenged and now no longer do, please send in a doctors letter confirming this. Once you have notified us of a serious medical concern, we need official paperwork so as to best care for your child whilst they are at school.
