Year 12 continues on their Food & Beverage journey in a new kitchen!

Last year was a busy year for our VET Hospitality students and it is looking like this year will be an even busier year with many events scheduled in our calendar already. Our Year 12 began a new unit on Preparing and Serving Non-Alcoholic Beverages where they will learn how to make all sorts of mocktails, juices, smoothies, milkshakes and teas. The even more exciting news is that we have commenced the use of our brand new Hospitality facility for our practical lessons. More to come in this space this term!
