Foods

Year 11 Foods cooked meringue to compare the physical and sensory properties of the meringues from plant, as well as animal proteins.  There were 3 groups and each group cooked a different type of meringue.  These being vegan, traditional and Pavlova Magic.

Biology

Year 11 Biology played a game of Finska during the last few weeks.  They had to knock a peg down and then answer a biology question to get the point. So much competition, so much fun.
