Celebration Day

Here are a few highlights from students that have been involved.

My favourite part of being a part of the 2019 Moira Shire Youth Council was going to Shepparton on June 4th and having a tour of the youth centres.  Some places we went to included: LaTrobe Uni, Headspace, The Haven.  Being involved in the Moira Shire Youth Council has given me more opportunities to speak my mind about the issues the youth are facing in our society.  It has given me a chance to meet new people and be involved in my community. by Isla   10O

The highlight of the program was doing interactive activities and going to see how teens to young adults live and cope at the Youth Foyer.  by Josh. 10B

I was involved in the Moria Shire Youth Council in 2019.  I enjoyed listening to peoples experiences and how they overcame them.  Some of the highlights were the wheelchair basketball and the youth hostels and services in Shepparton, especially the Youth Foyer and The Haven.  Demp  10O
