Dear Parents, Families and Community members,

Picnic in the Playground

Last Friday we held our Welcome to Families with a Picnic in the Playground which was an informal opportunity for School Community members to together and a result of feedback from our parent community that they would like opportunities to meet new people, as many families are new to the area.

Thank you to the many people who attended and those that assisted in setting up and packing up on the night.

Despite an abrupt end to the evening when our sprinkler system came on... I think everyone had an enjoyable time!

National Ride2School Day - Friday 13 March

Ride2School Day is a nationwide program delivered by the Bicycle Network, designed to support schools to encourage, empower and enable more students to get physically active on their journey to school. 

We encourage all students to actively travel to school on Friday 13 March, we will be awarding house points to all students who take part on this initiative. 

Long Weekend

A reminder that Monday 9 March is a Public Holiday for the Labour Day long week end. Enjoy the extra day off however you choose to spend it!

End of Term Assembly

Please note the following with regards to assembly times and dates for the end of Term 1. 

• Assembly Friday 20/03/20 - this assembly has been moved to the date below.
• Final Assembly of the term : Friday 27/03/20 at the earlier time of 1:30pm, due to early finish at 2:10pm.
