Parent Information Night - Headspace in Schools

Dear Parents/Carers,

On Tuesday 5th of April, a Parent Information Evening will be held at the College regarding Headspace in Schools from 6:30-8pm. 

This Parent and Carer Session revolves around supporting young people, and assists with the following concepts:

• Understanding mental health and wellbeing in young people
• Noticing changes that a young person might be going through a tough time
• Identifying strategies to connect and communicate with young people
• Increasing knowledge about how to support a young person and where to access professional support    

Please note, this is an optional event for parents/carers ONLY.

We ask parents/carers to please RSVP by 4pm Tuesday 29th of March to secure your spot by CLICKING HERE.
