Important message from Head Office: 

The return to term 3 has seen the return of lockdown and challenges for families and TheirCare.

Families took advantage of the end of Free childcare in our Holiday Program.  We averaged over 100% of normal attendances and had a waiting list for some of our services.  Our funding arrangements with the Commonwealth Government meant that we only received payment for about half of those children attending.

Unlike most providers, TheirCare chose to accept as many bookings as possible (at our cost) because we wanted children and families to have a bright spot in what has been a challenging time for everyone.

We hoped you enjoyed the efforts of our team to provide a sense of fun these holidays.

LATE BOOKINGS/ CANCELLATION

There has been some confusion regarding late booking fees. You will not incur a cancellation booking fee of $5.00 per child, if you cancel your booking within 48 hours.  You will also be charged a casual booking fee of $5.00 per child if you book within 48 hours. 

If you do not cancel the booking prior to the session, you will be charged the full session fee. 

If you pick up your child late at ASC, it’s a charge of $1.00 per minute your late arriving.

Please contact us if you’re are running late, or if your child is booked in but is not attending before care/ aftercare on the day.

HEALTHY EATING POLICY.

Parents please remind, and encourage your children not to bring any unhealthy snacks to OSHC, pupil free days or holiday programs. We try our best to provide fun and healthy food to the children whilst in our care.

BEING COVID SAFE: 

Please see the attached document to see how our program is doing our best to ensure that we are taking all the necessary steps in keeping our children and the community safe.

Unfortunately, there will also be no cooking within all metro schools until further notice. This means that children will not be having pasta fried rice or other special cooked food, however, we will still be providing children with other healthy alternatives.

Remote learning in classrooms commence at 9am and finish at 3:15pm. Children will be dropped off and collected from the school main office. Please make sure you notify us of any changes to bookings.
