General Office

Reception

We wish to remind parents/guardians that the General Office/Reception is operating from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday throughout the school term. Due to current restrictions, we are practicing social distancing and can only accommodate up to a maximum of six people in the Reception foyer at one time. If you are required to come to the General Office, please report to Reception then take a seat until we can attend to your enquiry. Anyone entering the school must be wearing a face mask. There is hand sanitiser available for use at Reception.

We advise parents/guardians that if you have any queries, please call us on 9842 2244. We will endeavour to assist you with your enquiry over the phone rather than having to come in to Reception. Alternatively you can email  east.doncaster.sc@education.vic.gov.au and we will ensure that your enquiry is forwarded to the appropriate person. All enquiries can be addressed via email.

Students Arriving Late to School

Students signing in late are required to go to the Health Centre to have their temperature taken prior to signing in at the Compass kiosk. Anyone use the Compass kiosk must use the hand sanitiser first.

Student Accident Insurance

Parents and guardians are reminded that the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development does not provide personal accident insurance for students while at school or during any school related activity including camps and excursions.

Parents and guardians are responsible for paying the cost of medical treatment for injured students, including any transport costs. Student accident insurance policies are available from some commercial insurers. These cover a range of medical expenses not covered by Medicare or private health insurance. It is also highly recommended that families have Ambulance Victoria Membership Cover if it is not included in your private health cover. Ambulance costs are very expensive and are not covered by Medicare.
