Year 2/3/4 Class

The year 2/3/4 class have had a wonderful start to the year. I am so impressed with the academic levels of each student, it is amazing! It has been lovely getting to know all the students and seeing what they are capable of. 

In one of our Reading Lessons this week we did a ‘Visualising Activity’ where students were encouraged to use their reading, visualising, imagining, and drawing skills to create a scene relating to a text. There were many great creations!

Foundation/1 Maths

In Maths the Foundation/1 class have been learning about patterns. We have talked about colour and shape patterns, number patterns and patterns that we can see in nature and hear in music. The students really enjoyed creating their own pattern posters that are on display in the classroom.
