Mr Darren Lester

DIOCESAN CROSS COUNTRY AT BARRABA

Thank you to all of the students who represented our school at the Diocesan Cross Country. They displayed wonderful sportsmanship and we had some excellent results. Students who qualified for Polding and finished in the top six for their age groups were Molly Kelly (2nd), Thomas Matthews (3rd) and Maximo Brown who finished 6th. Good luck to these students competing at the next level.

Golf Term 2

Starting next week, we will have GOLF clinics ⛳ and will have a golf instructor coming in during weeks 7 - 10. Every year level will have sessions each week on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

School Athletics Carnival

Next week is our Athletics Carnival on the Friday, 9th June at O'Connor.

A permission note requesting help on the day has gone home on Compass. Could all families fill in your child's permission and medical needs as soon as possible. If any parents could assist with a job at the carnival could you also indicate this on the compass notification.

DIOCESAN RUGBY UNION TRIALS

The Diocesan Rugby Trials were held in Tamworth on Monday 29th May 2023.

We unfortunately didn't have any boys make the Polding team but we had some boys make the possible/probable team. Well done to Will Douglas-Menzies and Harry Rice for making this game at the end of the day.
