Remembrance Day

On Friday 11th November, staff and students came together to commemorate Remembrance Day. Led by our student leaders, together we observed the lowering of the flags to half-mast and partook in a minute of silence to honour the loss of Australian lives in all wars, conflict and peace operations.  

Many of our students engaged in relating classroom activities which included making poppies and reading books connecting to the wars. 

Whilst this day is a day to remember it is also a day to be thankful for the opportunities we have today.
