NOW OPEN-Biz - E - Kidz 2023 enrolments and bookings
Please see below for important 2023 booking and enrolment dates.
Bookings DO NOT carry over from year to year.
This is to ensure we give everyone equal chance to access the program and ensure we have the most up to date contact information for families.
Booking can be made online through Smartcentral, further instructions will be published soon via email and Compass.
Bookings Open: Friday 18th November
Bookings can be made online through your Smartcentral account.
Bookings Close: Friday 25th November 6pm
Bookings can be made after this date but will not be eligible for the first round of ‘priority of access’ and will be subject to availability.
Booking Confirmation: week beginning Monday 28th November
We will confirm bookings or positions on the waitlist during this week. Any bookings received after the 25th November will be confirmed within 3 working days. Any bookings received after the last day of school 20th December will be confirmed when Biz - E - Kidz reopens in 2023.
Biz – E – Kidz Summer 2023 Holiday Program Plan
We are excited to release our summer Holiday Program plan, please find a copy attached to this newsletter. Bookings open next Monday
Please note that 2023 preps are not able to attend this holiday program. Please contact your current childcare provider for care in this period.
Holiday Program Dates
Holiday program runs Monday 9th January - Friday 27th January.
We are open for the full day Friday 27th January for the pupil free day.
We are closed for the public holiday on Thursday 26th January.
Holiday Program release - week Beginning Monday 21st November
Program plans will be available online, via compass, newsletter and email.
(We will not be releasing a hard copy)
Holiday Program Bookings open - Monday 28th November

Holiday Program Bookings Close - Friday 2nd December: Bookings can still be made after this date but are subject to availability.
Confirmations of places - Week Beginning Monday 5th December:
Confirmation of places in the program or waiting list will be emailed to families.
Deposits due and last day to make changes - Friday 16th December
A $10 per child per day deposit is due and last date to make any changes to your holiday program booking. Any cancellations, changes or non-attendance after this date will be subject to a $30 per child per day administration fee.
Biz - E - Kidz Commitment to Cultural Safety
We are currently working on some changes to our policies and procedures, displays and Quality Improvement Plan to ensure we fully comply with the Commission for Children and Young People’s updated Child Safe Standards.
A key change in the Standards is an increased emphasis on Aboriginal cultural safety. In collaboration with some children and Educators, we have come up with this statement of commitment to cultural safety. Please let us know if you have any feedback on this statement, which will be prominently displayed in Biz-E-Kidz spaces.
