Kii from the Music Room!

With much nervous excitement in the air, the foundation, grade 1 and grade 2 classes experienced their first Arts Festival preparation and performance and we are so so proud of them!!! It was great to share what has been going on in Music with our community and to experience a performance after such a big interruption. Not that music always has to be performed but there are lots of learning opportunities in sharing our work with others. Thank you to all the foundation family or friends for getting up and popping with your child! And thank you to all the effort put into making tie-dye t-shirts and popcorn t-shirts! A big thank you to Lee Wee Hee for being a parent helper in the music classroom in preparation for the Arts Festival and keeping the 1/2s in time.

Duet Program

The Duet Program has finished and both Jo B and Milly have been legends on the journey to growing their musical experience in their classrooms. Jo finished off the program by co-leading her class (and James’s class!) in two choir songs at the Arts Festival!!! Amazing work!
