Absences & Arriving/Departing on Compass

When notifying the school of a whole day absence, please add an attendance note via Compass online. If you would like any assistance, please contact the school Office so we can guide you through the process. 

However, if your child will be arriving late or departing early, parents MUST sign their child in or out at the Compass kiosk in person directly at the Office. Do not add the attendance note to Compass online. We have noticed quite a few students running late are not being signed in by a parent. 

If you are collecting your child from First Aid/Sick Bay, please come to the Office and the staff will sign them out manually - please do not sign out via the Compass kiosk. 

End of term lost property 

We will be placing a table with all of the lost property in the foyer in the afternoon on the last day of term - Friday 24th June. We encourage all members of the school community to stop by and collect any of your items. 

Beanies

Our wonderful Parents and Friends Committee still has some Rangeview Beanies available for sale at the Office and the Uniform Shop for $18 each. We ask that you label the beanie with the student's name immediately for a quick return if misplaced.

Updated medical information

As the end of term nears, we are asking all parents and guardians to please confirm that all of their student's medical details are updated and correct. This includes information such as asthma and allergies, and if this information has changed, please contact the Office in writing via rangeview.ps@education.vic.gov.au . Thank you for your assistance.

Sibling Enrolments

Thank you to all the families who have sent through their enrolment forms and accompanying documentation for their children who are commencing Foundation at Rangeview in 2023. 

If you have not enrolled as yet we would encourage you to do so by Friday 12th August as this will assist with the planning of the transition program, which commences on Thursday 13th October.

Please download and return the completed Student Enrolment Form along with the Get to Know You Form, a copy of the child's Birth Certificate & Immunisation Records and include a copy of your latest electricity or gas bill.  Thank You. 

Tissues for classrooms

Each year we ask that students please supply a box of tissues to their classroom. As we are now heading into the colder months, we are finding the classrooms are running a little low. If anyone is able to bring a box of tissues to their classrooms, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
