PFA
Hello Robbie Mac Families!
First of all, we would like to thank Carolyn Steart for the amazing work she has done organising a National Doughnut Day together with Elizabeth Staunton. You are a star! And our community is lucky to have you!
That takes us to the call-out above! We have a few events we would like our kids and our community to enjoy, however, we cannot do it alone.
We are looking for helpers who can take on the role of coordinating some of the events together with the PFA team.
What does that mean?
You will be liaising with us, the school, the provider and the families to ensure we have enough people to help and that what is needed is organised. Most of the work can be done from the comfort of your home.
What it doesn’t mean?
You will definitely not be doing it all alone and spending your valuable time doing it by yourself. We and the school are here to help!
So, have a look below and see if any of the roles fit your lifestyle and schedule.
JUNE - Role taken!
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances with the doughnut provider, we will not celebrate National Doughnut Day in June. That doesn’t mean we will scratch it “dough” (hehe…)! We will aim to have it next term!!
JULY
LEGO LEGENDS - A family Lego competition where we create our lego vehicles, race them down the track, create figurines, and most of all have lots of fun! Children allowed! Hehehe…
CHILDREN’S DISCO - A RMPS children’s favourite! DJ, music, and fun!
AUGUST
BUNNINGS SAUSAGE SIZZLE - A couple of hours making and selling sausages. Okay, not necessarily the most appealing role, but it makes a great contribution to the school funds towards the Indigenous Landscape and other initiatives.
SEPTEMBER
TRIVIA NIGHT - A child-free event where we get to talk and challenge each other on our smarts! Did I mention it’s child-free?!?!?
OCTOBER
FAMILY MULTICULTURAL PICNIC FEAST - An event where we get to share our culture in the best way possible….food!!!
NOVEMBER
COLOUR RUN - Another RMPS children’s favourite! Who doesn’t like throwing water and tie-die at our kids whilst they run happily around the oval?!?!
We know it takes a bit of time, however without your help we can’t have any of the above. So get some of your RMPS friends together and help out!
We look forward to hearing from you!
Have a lovely long weekend ahead.
