It is very important as a school community that we evaluate the seminars programs and the incursions that occur at St Fidelis. Below is the link for those of you who had the opportunity to view the Live Webinar to have your say. This survey will end on Friday March 19th.
We will also seek feedback from the staff and students for their feedback. This feedback assists us with further planning and recommendations to Bully zero organisation.

School Attendance
We all want our students to get a great education, and the building blocks for a great education begin with students coming to school each and every day. School participation helps people to develop important skills, knowledge and values which set them up for further learning and participation in their community. Missing school can have a major impact on a child’s academic, emotional and social wellbeing. There is no safe number of days for missing school. Every Day Counts. A reminder that you must notify the school via phone, email or Skoolbag App on the day of your child's absence and the reason for their absence.
Welcome Mr Peter Khalil-MP –Member of Wills, Victoria
This Friday we welcome Peter Khalil to St Fidelis. He is coming to see the development of our STEM Innovation space and attend our Whole school Prayer and assembly. In 2019, we were fortunate recipients of a $20,000 grant from the Federal local schools government grant to establish the STEM space.
Parish Education Board Meeting
The first Parish Education Board Meeting for 2021 will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday 16th March. The Parish Education Board is made up of representatives of the school parent community – Christopher Dickinson, Christopher Archibald, Julie Fam, Luke Borg, Tara Soares, Anthony Brazel, Josie Servello, Father Greg, Fr Linh and members of the School Leadership team. The purpose of the Parish Education Board is to work closely with the school to implement the School Improvement Plan 2020-2023.
Whole School Mass – Friday March 5th
Thank you to all the parents who were able to attend our first Whole School Mass last Friday. It seems so long since we were able to gather as a Catholic Community. It was the Foundation students first Mass as a school and they were well looked after by their Year Six buddies. Well done to the Year Six students for being such responsible citizens and role models.
A reminder that all Year Six students and the Foundation students are invited to attend Mass at 11:00am on Sunday 28th March. This marks the conclusion of our Foundation Transition program that began last year. The Year Six students will present their buddy with a special gift after mass as a sign of their friendship for this year and beyond.
Foundation Enrolments 2022
Our campaign for Foundation enrolments 2022 has begun. We are having school, tours every Thursday in March at 9:30 or 5:00pm. If you know of any neighbours or friends that are looking for a school for their child in 2022, please let them know of our tour times and dates. Private tours are also available upon request.
If you currently have a child at St Fidelis please download an enrolment form and drop off your paper work into the office as soon as possible preferably before the end of Term One.
COVID-19
I would like to inform everyone that there have been no positive cases reported at St Fidelis to date.
