Swimming Carnival
Last Thursday 11 February we held our annual Swimming Carnival at the Wee Waa Swimming Pool. A big thank you to all the parents and volunteers who helped on the day.
Congratulations to St Joseph's House for their win, and well done to all the students for their efforts and sportsmanship!

Diocesan Swimming Carnival
Dear Parents and Carers of nominated students,
Just a reminder that the Diocesan Swimming Carnival will be held at 8:30 am sharp next Friday 26 February in Tamworth, at The South & West Memorial Pool (Scully Park) located on Kent Street.

Ash Wednesday Mass
On Wednesday 16 February we celebrated Ash Wednesday at St Andrew's Catholic Church to mark the beginning of the penitential Lenten season.
Parent Information Night
Just a reminder that we will be holding a Parent Information Night next Tuesday 23 February.
This is a great opportunity to meet your child's teacher, find out about class routines, homework and organisational expectations.
Kindergarten: 5:30 - 6:00 pm
Stage 1: 5:30 - 6:00 pm
Stage 2: 5:00 - 5:30 pm
Stage 3: 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Please note that due to COVID-19 regulations, siblings can attend, however, children will need to remain outside of the classrooms.

P & F Annual General Meeting
The P & F will be holding the Annual General Meeting next Tuesday 23 February, from 6:00 to 6:30 pm, following the Parent Information Night sessions.

Kindergarten Best Start Interviews
Dear Parents and Carers of Kindergarten students,
Face-to-face meetings regarding Kindergarten Best Start Assessments will be held next Friday 26 February.
Emails have been sent out regarding allocated times to discuss feedback.
If you would like to opt for a meeting over the phone, or are unable to attend, please contact the school office on 67954038 or email weeeadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au to organise an alternative arrangement.

Just a reminder that Canteen will take place each Wednesday. Both Morning Tea and Lunch items are available to be pre-ordered via Qkr!.

Updating Student Profiles on Qkr!
Just a reminder for parents to update their child's year in Qkr!, so that their canteen orders have the correct classes.
1. Open the Qkr! app
2. Search and select St Joseph's Primary Wee Waa
3. Press Profiles (tab to the right of Menu)
4. Under Manage Profiles, select your child's name
5. Edit Profile will appear. Update details below Year and Class.
6. Press Update Profile
