Community Liaison Officer

Here is a little bit about Sarah:

Hello! My name is Sarah Emmanuel and I am pleased to join the Evans High School team in the position of Community Liaison Officer. I look forward to meeting many of our students and families this year. 

One of my key objectives is to strengthen relationships within our school and the community. Experiencing COVID has meant a difficult time for so many of us, often feeling lonely and isolated. I look forward to supporting the many initiatives currently offered at Evans High School as well as introducing programs and events where our schools community can come together more often.

After just one week at Evans, I can already see that we have such a diverse, involved community with so much to offer each other.  I look forward to connecting with our school families so that we can work together to support our students, our teachers and the community.

On the weekends I like to spend time with my husband and 4 children. I enjoy exploring the Blue Mountains, playing soccer, board games..... and good coffee!
