Extended Care Program

Hi Families!

We have started to implement outdoor and indoor time as well as body stretching time.

We adjusted our program to support each child’s physical and mental needs.

It is getting cold but children are happy to be outdoors in all weathers.

Please make sure that your child is physically well and dressed appropriately for the cooler weather with a warm jacket.

 

"Children aged 3-4 should spend at least 3 hours a day doing a variety of physical activities spread throughout the day, including active and outdoor play. It helps build a healthier body composition, stronger bones and muscles. It also helps improve confidence, self-esteem and also in developing healthier social, cognitive, and emotional skills from an early age."
