Dear WPS Families,

Please be advised that due to declining numbers and irregular bookings for Before and After School Care the CommunityOSH program at Warrandyte Primary School will unfortunately close at the end of Term 2 on Thursday 25th June 2021.  The company has been continuing to operate below capacity throughout the year, but this is no longer a viable option for them.

This was a difficult decision for the company to make as CommunityOSH have enjoyed being a part of our friendly school community. We thank them for the service they have provided to our students since joining our community. 

As a school, we understand that this will leave a gap in services for some of our families and the School Council and staff are working together to consider options to support our families outside school hours from Term 3 and beyond. We will keep you informed during this process and will strive to find a solution as efficiently as we can.

Any bookings you may have in place for Term 3 from CommunityOSC will be removed from your account and final financial statements will be sent out early July 2021.
