Calling all volunteers!
P&C have two BIG events coming up that require all hands on deck
Are you free..
June 12th between 7am and 5pm? P&C have secured a Bunnings Sausage Sizzle slot at West Ipswich and need 5 people there at all times. This has the potential to be a big money maker for our committed school spending.
June 17th between 8am to 3pm? P&C are running the Athletics Carnival canteen and would love to have some parent helpers serving up the tucker prepared by parents

If you can't make it to a meeting and are looking for a way to donate to the school perhaps you might like to
- purchase or locate new items for event raffles
- offer your time at off school site events at sausage sizzles or Brightview Tavern
- offer to bundle raffle prizes or tickets
- volunteer at the uniform shop or a shift during the Book Fair
The benefits of volunteering include:
- Volunteering creates a resilient community
- Volunteers meet more people
- Volunteers gain professional experience
- Volunteering saves community resources
- Volunteers get to give something back
- Volunteers learn a lot

School Fundraising Commitments
Currently we are continuing to raise funds for
- a pathway and benches from the carpark entrance to UCA
- a shade sail over the grassy square between the undercover area and office to provide more sun-safe eating and play spaces as the school grows.
- Reduction in excursion and camp costs
This terms' fundraising is
- STEM Pizza Day Week 10
- Brightview Tavern Dinner Raffles continue ($2000 raised so far!)
- continuing with Containers for Change
and please keep an eye on the school facebook page to support other school events as they are approved at the P&C meetings.
The Uniform Shop
The wonderful Annie Gough is our Uniform shop convenor who you can find at the uniform shop on Monday & Wednesday mornings from 8:15 to 9am.
