Sickness notes

If your child is unable to participate in their P.E. session due to sickness or injury, would you please supply them with a note informing of the duration of the situation.

 

Week 8    

Recess: Gr 3/4:  5 a side Kickball                                        

Lunch Gr 5/6:  5 a side Rounders

 

Week 9    

Recess: Gr 3/4:  5 a side Kickball                                       

Lunch Gr 5/6:  5 a side Rounders

 

Week 10

10 Recess: Gr 3/4:  5 a side Kickball                                        

Lunch Gr 5/6:  Ultimate Frisbee

 

Week 11 

Recess: Gr 3/4:  5 a side Kickball                                        

Lunch Gr 5/6:  5 aside Rounders

 

 

 OPTIONAL P.E. ACTIVITIES TO DO AT HOME

 

Throwing Game: Get some newspaper or some sort of paper to make 10 balls (by scrunching up the paper) Find a target to put on the floor/wall. Aim of the game is to land your paper balls on the target, on the floor or hit the target on the wall.

 Challenge: Make your targets higher, greater distance away.

 

Game - Hit me: Make up a game where you need to roll an object at a target. You could work out a scoring system and play against yourself or a family member.

 Challenge: Change the rules to make it more challenging.
