Uniform Shop

Uniform Shop Order Process

Please be advised, until further notice all uniform orders will need to be sent to the office before Friday mornings.

The uniform shop ladies will fill orders on Friday's and items will be sent home with your children on that Friday.

Second Hand Uniform / Uniform Exchange

Please be advised, Tracey will be filling any second hand uniform orders fortnightly on Tuesday's. If you would like to order any second hand uniform items, please complete the attached form and return to the school office via email - stbs@sbsomerville.catholic.edu.au

If you would like to exchange any items, please send the items to school with your child with the completed attached form.

Checking and Naming School Uniform

Now that we are getting back into the swing of thing, we would like to take this opportunity to remind all families to check and name/label all items of your child's school uniform with their full name. We can not return lost items if there is no name on it.

Student Absence 

If your child is going to be absent from school for any reason, please let us know by 9.30am the morning of their absence. This can be done by either calling the Absentee Line 5977 7277 and leaving a message or via Skoolbag Absentee Form.

Medication 

Medication of any kind, sent to school with a student, must be handed in at the office along with a written permission note providing details of its use.

Children are not permitted to administer their own medication. Medication must be  administered with adult supervision and written parental permission.

Asthma Management Plan 

Parents of students who are known to be asthmatic; be it  occasional or regular, are asked to

provide the school with an Asthma Management Plan and their own named personal medication.

Students should have their medication with them in the classroom.

Do we have the most up to date Action Plan for your child?

If your child has an action plan and there have been recent updates or changes, would you please bring an updated copy to the front office?

If your child has a new diagnosis with an Action Plan for Asthma, Anaphylaxis or any allergies would you please supply a copy to the office as soon as possible?

SunSmart

We are a SunSmart school. School hats are compulsory until April 30, 2021. Please remember to encourage your child to wear sunscreen to school every day.
