Important notice:  re. Student Medical Information

Our duty of care to your child remains paramount.  In June this year, the College moved to an online system called CareMonkey in order to collect students’ medical information.  Over the past months, all parents should have received an email from our new online provider, requesting you to complete ‘Care Profiles’ for your children.  Your response is important as in future parents will be asked to confirm online that medical information remains current before each and every educational outing. Hence in 2017, no child will be permitted to go on excursion or camps until their medical information is updated. Reminder emails will continue to be sent until all student profiles are completed.

We are confident that CareMonkey will not only improve efficiency for staff but replace the outdated paper trail process that once existed.  Thank you to the 80% of families who have already responded.
